A Clearer View: Your New Client Dashboard Is Live

In our last product update, we outlined some key improvements based on your feedback. Today, we’re excited to launch the first of those changes: a fully redesigned dashboard experience.

📊 A Smarter, More Actionable Dashboard

We’ve rebuilt the client dashboard to help you better manage your pipeline—and focus only on what’s relevant.

What’s New:

  • At-a-glance overview of client statuses across the check process
  • Search-based access to specific clients by name
  • Click-to-filter interaction—clients only appear once you select a status or start typing

This means less clutter and more clarity. You only see what you need, when you need it.

💡 Tip: Want to quickly locate a specific client? Start typing their name in the search bar. Prefer to view by status? Just click a step like “Pending” or “Completed” to reveal relevant clients.

🔧 What’s Still in the Works

We’re continuing to roll out improvements behind the scenes. Here’s a quick look at what’s coming next:

  • Progressive rollout of real-time notifications
    We’ve begun introducing notifications when clients complete checks. You may already see alerts for some check types, with full coverage coming soon.
  • Improved user management
    We’re adding more flexibility and control around how team members interact with client data.
  • Downloadable PDF summaries of KYC checks
    You’ll soon be able to generate clean, professional PDF exports of completed KYC records—perfect for audits, internal reviews, or record keeping.
  • Customisable client data retention settings
    We’re introducing controls to help you manage how long client data is retained in the system, in line with your compliance policies.
